I bought my vehicle as is and I understand that this means that there is no warranty, but the brakes were not working properly, and it took me multiple phone calls to get someone to assist. After much going back and forth, I had to pay a portion of the repair cost which to me seems outrageous given that there is a rationale expectation that when you purchase a vehicle the "passed inspection" that there is working brakes. Had air bag recall work done on my Tahoe and when I got it back the technician that worked on it left it filthy. My dash was covered in dirt (I do understand it was not completely clean when I dropped it off) and there was hand prints left from the technician where he/she had touch other parts of my Tahoe. Was not impressed with the way it was left. After getting in my Tahoe and taking it home my radio no longer works properly. I contacted Max Curnow and was asked to bring it back in. great service and friendly staff
Had a very hassle-filled service appointment where new issues with the buick kept arising one after another. As always, Shawn and Colton took care of everything and kept me in the loop on everything. Probably the best 2 service advisors I have ever dealt with.
