Took weeks to get a quote and to book them. Showed up half an hour late, walked all over my carpet in their dirty boots. They were called to hook up a gas stove, gas dryer, gas BBQ and change our electric water heater to a gas water heater. They told me I had the wrong water heater, that they quoted me for an electric one. I am very pregnant, our project is very behind waiting on the gas guy to come out to finish it. Called these guys to do a job. They quoted me and we agreed on the cost. They came on late on the day to do the job took a look around and decided to "pass" without any reasons. So now I have to waste more time on getting another contractor in. No professional whatsoever.
