Micheal A Sbrocca sold us a house approximately 2 years ago in which he flat out lied about the property line at which point I got a real estate lawyer and he stated that it would be quite costly and be in litigation for 6 months. When my lawyer contacted Micheal A Sbrocca he said we didn't do our "DUE DILIGENCE" that signifies guilt in my eyes. We never did anything to Micheal A. Sbrocca why would lie to us.
