His workers cracked a rafter, and after 6 months of trying to get him to come out, he called to that his workers should have never said they broke anything. When he sent them back out, they said it was only bowed and tried to charge me over 800 to replace the boards because he said they were bowed not cracked, so it wasn't his fault. I have pictures of the cracked rafters, which he claimed were bowed, and I will be turning him in to the BBB. The only time I ever saw him was for the estimate of putting on a new roof. Max Baxter Roofing recently reroofed our church Family Life Center great people, great work and great communications. We had some unusual flashing from when the building was built. They corrected all of the unusual flashing with new flashing. Exceptional work! We liked their work so much that we had them come back and reroof our maintenance building.
Called about a leaking vent pipe on my roof. Andrew called back very quickly to set up an appointment the next day. He was very nice and fixed the issue very quickly. Definitely recommend!
Andrew Baxter came out next day and had my roof leak repaired in less than 1/2 hr. Incredible skill, trustworthiness, and old school customer service.
Would highly recommend. I had a roof leak. Called and got office voicemail. Andrew called back within 10 min and got appt set up to come out. Max Baxter roofing is the best around! The company was referred by many people who stated Andrew was a top notch guy and had helped them in the past with roofing needs.
