His workers cracked a rafter, and after 6 months of trying to get him to come out, he called to that his workers should have never said they broke anything. When he sent them back out, they said it was only bowed and tried to charge me over 800 to replace the boards because he said they were bowed not cracked, so it wasn't his fault.
