This place tried to screw over my friend by low balling them 5 grand from an agreement with the owner that passed away. Shame on you guys!!!!!!!
Was working with Dan to sell our vehicle and he said he would take care of us. Said he would match an offer from another dealership but he wanted to get us more so had us put it on consignment and said he would keep the original deal in place. Dan sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago. We went in to let them know that we are ready to just sell it to them. I really appreciate the service and support I received from Arrotta's. They are the closest dealer to where I live (2+ hours away) and were very flexible with scheduling and completing the required service. The staff kept me informed on progress and did not perform any additional services without contacting me first. Thank you!
Came in without an appt because I had a flat tire. They got me in quickly and also took care of a recall issue. Very friendly and efficient atmosphere.
Terrible experience. They deleted my review because they don’t want people to know. I drove 9 hours to buy a vehicle and spoke with salesman and management before committing to the drive. They hid and lied about the truck having a terrible oil leak, death wobble, hard pull to the right while driving, almost no brakes, transmission or dash was swapped, the list goes on. I 100% do not recommend this dealership. They are a scam and a joke.
