Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. We had lots of luggage and were on the third floor. Otherwise our stay was fine.
My family stays here every time we travel to Silverwood. Rooms are spacious with microwave and fridge. The beds are like sleeping in the clouds, and the blankies are snuggly. Pool is warm, deep and open late. The courtyard is inviting and beautifully decorated with flowers. The free breakfast is awesome and the staff is friendly! Don’t forget to tip the wait staff cause they are always kind. This is my favorite hotel 🫶🏾
I booked an Executive Queen and was shocked to find it less spacious than a small queen in other hotels. I was told the only difference was this had a desk! It had no safety features such as grab bars in the shower and is very outdated. Beds are very soft if you like that. I attached photos of the things that need attention. The wallpaper has a tear and the glass top on the desk is not cut to fit. The chair is worn through on the arm. I will share these photos to management in hopes they will improve the aesthetics. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff deserves a 10 out of 10. Toni at the front desk was especially helpful in scheduling our shuttle service and was an absolute delight to work with.
