The beds are very comfortable and the room has a kitchenette with hair dryer and coffee maker. You get a parking pass and a breakfast voucher. They have a pool, gym and pool. We ate at the Max restaurant that is inside the hotel and it had great service, yummy food, good drinks and great atmosphere. Close to gas stations, fast foods and Walmart.
The rooms were nice and clean, but the beds weren't super comfortable
After an absolutely harrowing stay at another 3.5 hotel in downtown Spokane, I found Mirabeau Park Hotel an exceptionally accommodating experience at a charming, vintage (built in the 60s, said staff) hotel. The staff is incredibly pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the area has everything you could need right down the road.
