After an ultrasound of my thyroid, findings were explained to me as nodules. Dr Max put my mind at ease and it was decided we go ahead with a biopsy .(sounds worse than it is) It was quick and Dr Max and his staff were incredibly kind and even trying to joke with me .( even though I was a wreck) Results were thankfully Benign. This would have been my second time with Dr Max. The first time was thirty years ago when he and another Dr ( Dr Sullivan) removed my gallbladder. Very rude has no bedside manners at all when it comes to nursing home residents I wouldn’t take my dog to him pain or not.. all he did was read the notes left out the room came back in. I’ll call and talk to the doctor. Didn’t even talk to the patient. Very very rude. He knew he was being rude. Turned around and apologize. His apology means nothing when it comes to people in pain and he supposed to be a professional.
