Unethical and should be illegal. Billed $146 for a service that was never provided. If you speak to their customer service to try to get resolved they simply repeat the same bogus statement over and over. Our water was never turned on yet a bill showed up. The only option is to pay it. I have spoke to three people with one claiming to be a supervisor yet another person didn’t know who that person was. Mrs. Davis seemed to enjoy telling me over and over that it was my fault that we were billed.
Advertised next day service, payed bill on Friday and payed for next day service, the following day comes never got served for my water, called and asked why, they said I have to wait till Monday, no notification of Friday (next day service) will be on Monday
I can not think of a company worse or more poorly ran than whatever this terrible attempt of a water company is. I had recently just purchased a property and had questions about my bill.. so naturally I call, nobody answers the phone after 5-7 try’s in a 3 day period, so what do I do? I do what any logical person does and go to customer service in person.
