Very unhelpful have never been able to log into the website to see the bill Ive tried resetting my password and never get an email and calling is useless they have never been able to resolve the issue. They have no problem taking my money tho
I was t surprised to see such a low rating. This company doesn’t care a bit about their clients. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for 3 months to get water turned on. Customer service is pathetic.
Actually the worst water service in America. How are you gonna say I have an outstanding balance when I LITERALLY just payed it. Where’d it go? Why do y’all make it so difficult to do anything?? Are y’all proud of the service that y’all provide? Ridiculous.
Spoke with Rep. Sandy, she was so sweet, polite, and very compassionate. My call was answered very quickly (especially for a Monday morning) and she was a great help. Only thing keeping it from being a 5-star is our bill is too darn high.
