Dr Ying Liu has as our family doctor has demonstrated her deep knowledge of medicine in various fields. I believe that she is the most experienced medical GP we have ever had. Her careful and considered opinion has enabled appropriate action to prevent or minimise adverse effects for myself and family. It was the in depth knowledge of Dr Liu that enabled us to correct problems with prescribed medicines (Not prescribed by Dr Ying Liu). Expensive (seems business oriented rather than service), rude, had to wait even with the bookings made earlier. Never recommend.
I don’t know why so many bad comments there. My experience with Dr Liu is amazing. All of our family have her as our family doctor. Receptionist is helpful when booking. Nurse is also very good and friendly.
