Terrible doctors surgery. Hours late for appt which they don’t care about and then want to charge you again for your results . Used to be good but has dynamically gone down hill the last few yrs. Do not recommend
Worst experience ever. Attended the clinic for the first time today and waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and finally saw Dr Ria Lovell. She was very rude, and blunt. She didn’t look at me once, just typed on her computer the whole time. She didn’t ask any questions except what form of birth control I was on?? (keep in mind I saw her because I have a suspected infection from a recent reproductive surgery) I told her I wasn’t taking any birth control, as I don’t need, or want to be. I called in the afternoon to ask if they were taking new patients, and the receptionist immediately booked me into a same-day slot. Everything went smoothly once I arrived. Staff were absolutely amazing, and honestly I don’t understand why the overall Google rating is so low. Dr Bhatti was very friendly and explained my symptoms clearly in a way that was easy to understand. His medical advice was straightforward, and he even made sure to remind me of the key points before I left. Absolute 5 stars!
Absolutely horrendous medical centre,staff are rude , Doctors are rude and rush you through,will never go back again.Give it a miss there are plenty other medical practices around mawsonlakes just beware of this one.
