wow! im in shock ! the receptionist Jo took my call this morning. I explained im a bit complex regarding ongoing care. She was soooooooooooo caring kind and gentle . She went out of her way to help me find a dr that would best suit me. The personal touches with following up getting back to me , heartwarming! She wasnt jugmentle, rude . Jo was warm humble and very proactive. Comming in as a new patient I look towards the my journey. Great work Jo . thankyou so much ! :)
