This is no longer Mawson Health and Fitness but I did instruct a yoga class for young athletes and students today at Channel Performance and it is a wonderful environment for young athletes to enjoy fitness programming lead by instructors with years of experience in their field. I highly recommend contacting Chantel for information if you are interested!
Nice gym I guess. No better than any other really. Sassy guy at reception when I went to cancel my membership.
From the exceptional reception greeting to the variety of training equipment, this gym is a 5 stars. One of the best -in my cross Canada travels.
