This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dealership. 48 hours After buying a brand new 450L from here I started having problems “Bucky” the service manager wanted absolutely nothing to do with me didn’t care I just bought the bike and I was un happy I’ve honestly had better service at dmv. It’s crazy how “the only Honda power house dealer in nys” only cares about selling you a bike and wants nothing to do with you after they get paid. Professional and courteous without a doubt.
Ended up with a broken Pioneer and we wanted to ride this weekend... Dan in parts made sure he got me everything I needed in 2 days so we could get riding. When a slight issues yielded the wrong part Dan was quick to get the right one and stayed in contact with me and get me the right one ASAP! I’ve purchased gear from them in the past and they never disappoint! I just purchased a new Honda TRX 420 with a winch & plow and heated grips.I could not ask for a better experience. The owner Jim took time out to speak with me about the machine. Buck, the service manager made sure the installation of the accessories were installed professionally and completed when promised . Chris and Robert were also a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a dependable Honda product.
