My first time in. Brian, at front counter told me it would be about 1/2 hour. Took longer however, they took tire off rim, removed nail, put a plug/patch on inside of tire and checked the other tires. I was very impressed. Bring a book.
Visited Mavis in a emergency and they got me back going.
