After a not so pleasant experience in the Hickory NC (Viewmont) location, was directed to the Lenoir, NC location. Manager was Luke, and he was great. Hope Luke advances through the ranks at Mavis Tires and Brakes. Luke knows how to work with the public. A lesson the manager in the Hickory NC (Viewmont) location desperately needs.
