I had a top-of-the-line experience at Mavis Tire Service. I brought my car in because my steering wheel was shaking, and they quickly figured out that my tires hadn’t been balanced properly by whoever installed them before — they weren’t balanced at all. After fixing the issue, the car drove perfectly. They were originally supposed to charge me a fee, but because of my situation with a previous service provider, they didn’t — which I truly appreciated. Clean organized store very helpful customer service from the front to the techs Marybeth was awesome in helping me with my tires and Allie was right on point with tire size better than the discount tire. 5 stars
