I need front brakes and choose this store because of all of the great reviews I saw on line. Unfortunately my experience was over before it got started. My issue was more about the process as opposed to the service. I scheduled a brake inspection at 8am. I arrived on time but was politely told the brake specialist doesn't arrive until 930. The counter attendant also added that once the brake specialist arrives, there were two cars ahead of me and that maybe they could get to my car around 11am. We came in thinking we needed a new tire, but Mary Beth and the Mavis team at the Fort Mill location took a closer look and found the real issue was a bent wheel, not the tire. They quickly helped us get it fixed the same day and saved us about $800. Honest, helpful, and great service. We really appreciate their integrity.
