I wanted to thank Nina and Mavis Tires and Brakes in Yulee, Florida!!!! Nina and her staff went above and beyond to help a traveler out and I couldn’t appreciate it more!! Some of the backstory for this is that I had gone to a different Mavis Tire where I reside in Florida back in June had to get four brand new tires because of Tire Plus and their manager not changing the defective tires that I had purchased there. Fast, quick service. Came in with 2 nails close to the sidewall, they were still able to patch the tire! Thanks Kain!
I must say props to Kain for excellent customer service, help me out when I need it. A flat tire fixed on short notice went beyond the call of duty and actually saved my life. God knows what would’ve happened if I continue to drive, Thank you,thank you, thank you, Mavis you are the best! And a big shout out to the guy that fixed the flat as well. He did a fantastic job.
