I was told I could use the rebate coupon from my last oil change towards a basic oil change, making the total price only a few dollars. When I came back, I was told by a different guy I would have to pay full price because I did not ask for a premium oil change. I said that I was told directly by the other guy, and he said the other guy was wrong. So so shady. There's a reason NTB isn't registered with the better business bureau.
