We came back from our trip from New York and our car had sat for four days, when we went to drive it it was a screeching loud sound, and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, we called Mavis to see if they could just look at it and figure out what it was and they said, of course. We brought it in and they looked at our car and determined that it was a rock in between our rotor and brakes they didn’t charge us and were so helpful to get us in and out.
