They broke the stub my lug goes on while getting new tires. I did take pictures and video... Multiple people agreed with the evidence provided too. They denied doing it and tried to charge us for damages. It's was obviously freshly broken and I'll never go back.

If you want cheap parts and to be outrageous charged for those cheap parts, look no further. I have been a returning customer..who is usually very happy with the service. The last time I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my front break pads needed to be replaced.. I said okay let’s replace them. I pay a heaping chunk of money and go about my day.
