Great service. Was kept up to date on what they were doing to my vehicle. They took the time to listen to what issues I was seeing and thoroughly went over everything to make sure it was safe to drive!
We arrived very close to closing time, however seeing the poor shape our back tires were in...the staff stayed late to make sure we were going to be safe while driving our vehicle. They took time to explain the issue, replace the tires and recalibrated them for us. Their customer service is great, their service team is quick and efficient...HIGHLY recommend!!
Called from the road for low tire pressure and Cody was very accommodating. Had the tire plugged and back on the road in under an hour. Went to a big national brand first and they didn’t have staff at 4:30 pm, big mistake on us. Will use Mavis in the future. Thanks!
Cody and the team at the Chambersburg location have been outstanding. On my first visit, I thought my battery was dead, but they discovered it was just rust buildup, cleaned it, and didn’t charge me. On my second visit for an oil change, a vendor delay to deliver the air filter meant I couldn’t wait, and they insisted I not pay since the delay wasn’t my fault. Both times they showed honesty, professionalism, and great customer care. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business.
