Respectfully I'm not quite sure how Mavis can have certain set policys of there own.. so if you take the copy of the reading they give me out of the top 9 selections 6-7 of them were way in the red. An if we're trained properly you'd clearly first and foremost notify manager an explain to him the reasoning you had.. so the shop manager could go to you an tell me that if I don't repair my parts on tire first than your store can't do anything for me.. LOVE THIS SHOP. Isaac’s a great man helping me get my older cars serviced and Ramona was lovely at the front desk! Eric did an awesome job and took the extra time to get an old tie rod unseized for the alignment! Thanks again yall, I’ll be back!
I had an overall great experience. The wait time was long for which all the services I needed.
Excellent service all around. The staff greets you when you come in the door. I was specifically helped by James and he was patient and really quick in resolving my issue.
