This process started almost 3 months ago. Nothing has gone right with this transaction and experience, from top to bottom. I brought them 5 brand new wheels in boxes, with brand new sensors, and upgraded valve stems to go along with a $1600+ purchase of tires/labor. I got a call from the tech saying he lost a sensor, it wound up being he lost the center cap to one of the wheels and the set screw for that cap as well. Went to this location, had to get my tires rotated, Austin and his team did not hesitate to get me in without and appointment, that shows the time of person they are. Super nice and kind and great prices.
