Nate is very knowledgeable took the time to talk to me a lot about tires. Gave me lots of options and things to consider. I've also stopped here after getting a flat while driving on the highway.And they got me in, and out very quickly. A+
I stopped in on a Sunday morning with a leaking tire and they took me in right way and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. You can’t ask for better service and I will get my next tires here. PART II: So two weeks after I wrote the above review, one of my valve stems was leaking. I stopped back in to Mavis tire in Ephrata and Zoe, the assistant manager took my keys and got my car in a bay where a technician pulled the wheel and replaced the valve stem. My boyfriend was riding on a donut for way longer than he should have and we finally went to get the tire patched and we were helped by Zoie who was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend was super stressed because he wasn’t sure how he was going to afford it and he explained to her that he needed the cheapest option. Made an appointment to get a tire fixed. They found that all that was needed was to replace the valve stem core. Did it free of charge. Can’t ask for better than that!! Thank you!!
We are on a multi state trip 850 miles from home and pulling a camper. I developed a slow leak in one of my truck tires. Stopped in at Mavis Tire. They were able to take My tire off right away and look at it. Fixed my tire, and had me back on my way in less than an hour. Great service !!!
