I called for an appointment to have my tires switched out and an inspection done. They said the day was clear and it would take 2 hours at most. Appointment was set for 10am. Dropped my vehicle off right at 10 and they asked if I needed my car back that day. I thought this was odd considering I made an appointment thinking the work would start soon after, otherwise what is the point in scheduling it. I asked it be done asap. The last two times I’ve been to Mavis I left very disappointed. Was not informed they switched to full synthetic so I was charged for almost a $60 oil change. Was told they would give me a coupon for my next oil change. 6 months later still nothing Today I came in to get an inspection. It failed due to tread on the tire which I understand. But when I went to pick up my car my passenger window was completely down as it has been raining ALL day. great service! there was an issue with ordering our tires but they were quick to fix the issue and got us in the very next day at our convince! great staff and manager!
My husband and I were driving from Syracuse to Rochester on a donut due to getting a flat earlier in the day. Being Sunday, everywhere we called in Syracuse and towns we passed through was either closed or asked us to come back on Monday morning which of course was unrealistic.
