This place called my wife and tried to upsell power steering service on her car when I dropped it off for an oil change. When they realized they were dealing with me and not her the requirement for power steering service vanished. This place cheats women. They also gave me the hard sell on a new serpentine belt I don't think it needed. They used synthetic oil for the oil change which I didn't ask for and added extra charges all other auto shops include in their basic service. How does a regular oil change cost $85? Garbage! Can’t fix a sandwich, better yet a car.
Avoid at all cost !! They will try and sell you a whole bunch of services you really don’t need . They told me my battery needed to be replaced . I had it checked and it is fine , I only had it for 6 months . They also tried to say my shock was leaking , also untrue , was thinking they rubbed some oil on my shock to make it appear to be leaking . This is my zero star review , just google the company as a whole to read more negative reviews !
Joe and Rob were great. Exceeded my expectations.
Don't go. Only had problem since I had 4 tire sensors replaced by them . had the car back two different times with in 3 days because the tires were leaking air. Its been over two months and tires still leaking air. Called customer support and no call back. When I Had this car there they don't ever know how to put a car on a lift because When they where lifting my car up I saw the the front part of the lift was on my running boards and not touching the frame of the car. My mom taught me if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. Just be careful your car actually needs what they say you need.
