I walked into Mavis with a lot of problems my car. My worries as a single mother was how much is this going to me? Richard, Raj especially Steven (who I believe is the GM) helped me out a lot. Ok here it go's. Before I start I must say I should of took everyone s advice (don't go to mavis tires. I changed 4 shocks 4 tires and brakes with alignment, the moment I took off after waiting 6 hours withen 4 blocks I came right back do to bolts not being tight enough, then I had to come back a few weeks later because the shocks they sold me came defective. I came to buy 2 front tires and have wheel alignment. They promise to finish the job in 2 hours, it took them 4.5 hours. a week later I noticed that the car is pulling to the left. I came again to do a wheel alignment for the 2nd time. They promise to correct the lousy first job in 45 minutes it took them 2 hours. I drove home and realized that they did not resolve the problem. a week later I came for the 3rd time.
