Give my son his money back. He pays $500 for new ball bearings. He has to take the car back a second time because it still shakes. He takes it back a third time with an appointment and they never touched the car the whole day. He finally has to go somewhere else to get his car fixed and pay another $500. Give him his money back. Very sloppy job.

awful experience ,made an appointment and others that were without an appointment were taken coming and going before me ,waited over 3 hours for new tires with an appointment,asked at the 2 hour mark and man said I would be taken in next ,then 2 more vehicles went in bay .When I went to pay I wanted to use Bridgestone card as I was told they take it before I even begun and gentleman cashing me out said he didnt know how to process that I had to pay another way .Overall horrible experience will never do business again with th... read more
Came in this am after ordering tires online through the company and location website. Tires were closed out and not available the rude manager Isreal refused to honor the order with the most comparable tire! When I told him I was calling corporate and the BBB he said go ahead and that he didn’t care. This was my first experience with this shop after moving back to NY 3 weeks ago! I will never do business with this location again and if corporate doesn’t make it right on Monday I will not use mavis again going forward either ... read more
Showed up after I wot a quote on the phone. Said they were in stock. I get there no tires there The look up my name, no record of me calling. They look up a new price quote 400 dollars More . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE
