Brought in my car to have a NYS inspection - easy right? Not so much. The tech tells me that I need to have my front brakes replaced before it could pass inspection. I told them no and figured I'd get my failed report and be on my way. After 1 hour of waiting, they gave me back the car with a passed NYS inspection. If I was not savvy enough to know my car, this could have cost me a few hundred dollars. Please do not take your vehicle for service to this location.

Lack of leadership shows in the form of poor service when we fail to choose the right employee to represent us. Professionalism should be shown to every customer w/o exceptions. I came in for an inspection. 1hr 30 mins later I was told my car needed 4 lights and change of tire. He (jose)also recommended multiple other things. I got a flat tire on Sunday. I was in a jam. Luckily for me there was a Mavis near me. Stephen and Rob were phenomenal. Rob took my car in right away and told me I shouldn't worry about anything. He was right not only did they replace my tire but the also checked all my tires and gave me recommendations. Stephen explained all that they did and I definitely recommend them to all.
