Abimael was incredible! We were stuck after I got a flat leaving the hospital where my dad had just gotten surgery and I also had my 83 year old mom with me. He went out of his way to get us a tire and install it for us. I really don’t know what we would have done without him!
I hate to do this but considering the circumstances that I encountered in my recently scheduled tire replacement appointment at the Eastchester Mavis location, I felt the need to share. Last weekend I noticed a bubble on one of my tires and ordered a tire and scheduled the service for this past Monday on Mavis's website. Knowing that it's best to confirm, I called Mavis on Monday and they confirmed that they did not have the tire yet.
