I came in for service and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel Ibarra, and he made everything smooth from start to finish. He’s a fellow New Yorker, well dressed, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right and on time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about customers. Definitely recommend this location ask for Daniel if you can.
"Stay away from this Mavis location at all costs. It took them three days to change two tires, and they still did it incorrectly. I asked for a simple plug on another tire, which was ignored, only for them to tell me at pickup—after three days—that I’d have to wait another three hours for a 15-minute job.
