can't say enough good things about Kim. She managed my service from start to finish with total professionalism and kept me updated the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also genuinely cares about the customer’s experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Don’t let the few negative comments get you! I can speak on Kim she’s amazing and honest I’ve moved here about a year ago and I remember when she first started she was the first person to greet me now she’s moved up as the manager and still helps me even on days I have no appointments i can’t speak on the other staff but just ask for her she will treat you like she’s cares cause she does!
Had a really great experience at Mavis Tire in the manager Kimberly Donovan’. was super helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of without any stress. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and runs a tight operation. Everything was smooth, quick, and handled the right way. Definitely coming back because of her , appreciate you, Kimberly!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this place. Kimberly helped me out and was very professional and kind. They were honest about what my car needed and didn’t overcharge me. You can tell they actually care about their customers.
