My SCHEDULED appointment was for 9 AM for a car inspection and oil change. At 2 PM I called to check as I hadn’t heard anything and was told the inspector was “out with my car” and it should be done soon, that they would give me a call. When I called back at 4:30 PM, I was told that they’re just finishing up my oil change. They asked me if anyone had called me about the inspection. I said no.
