Great experience. Pep boys and Ciocca couldn’t get me in to replace a broken valve stem! Even though Mavis was swamped they told me to come right over. Great service, good price, and the guy at the service desk had great positive energy!
Walt was helpful and pleasant, even late in the day. I asked if he could change a bad tire on a rim I had in my trunk. He offered to install the tire and mount the rim on the car, which saved me a lot of frustation. Thank you!

Stopped in today to get four tires for my explorer and a oil change. Customer service, professionalism, and timeliness were spot on. Shout out to the guys that were working today they were awesome! Every customer that came through that door while I was waiting was treated respectfully and quickly. Definitely recommend!
I had a tire losing air and mavis was the closest so I stopped. After a horrible experience with another chain I was prepared for the upsell. But they just fixed my tire and I was on my way. I was so surprised. They were even able to just patch my tire. I definitely would go back if I needed anything else done.
