Jenna is very rude and unprofessional.
Went there today for a routine inspection and was in and out with no issues staff was very helpful and friendly. They were not pushy on anything and didn’t make you feel pressured by any means . The manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable on what to get done on the vehicle . Will be coming back for my automotive needs .
Stopped in on the way to vacation destination since we got a flat tire on I-84. Asked them to patch it but they refused as they said tire was eaten up on the inside. I saw it and cant say if all the other tires on my car would have looked the same or not but i think all they want to do is sell you tires. No fixing, just selling. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience so others can go in more informed. I'm only giving 3 stars because l've usually had good experiences at this location, but this one left a bad taste. I recently brought my wife's Subaru Crosstrek to Mavis for a routine oil change and to check out a suspected bad wheel bearing. The worst place ever. Never stop here even if you think they are opened on weekends they will absolutely trash it for you. Took 3 hours for just an inspection and that was after a week scheduled appointment.
