From write-up to pick-up, an excellent experience. I took advantage of the buy two get two tires, oil change and NYS inspection. I asked them to check my brake pads as well because I thought they might be iffy and upon inspection I was told they were fine. If I had mentioned that at a car dealer service department, I have no doubt that they would have replaced them unnecessarily.
