After getting an oil change at Valvoline on the same road, my e brake was unable to fully disengage. I thought it was unsafe to make the drive home so I rolled into Mavis and asked for help. Justin came out right away to confirm that the brake was engaged and reassured me that it was unsafe to drive. He was so understanding and helpful. Needed a set of tires, was in and out without any issues...entire process took about two and a half hours, enough time to get home and do some things and then my vehicle was ready to go! Driving after felt smooth, and the alignment was much better than it was going in...thank you Justin, you amazing.
