I made an online appointment for a state inspection for 11am on a Monday morning. An employee called at 8am on Monday morning to confirm, which I did. Then, while pulling into the parking lot, the manager called to tell me very apologetically that my appointment had been "double booked" by their system — something he hadn't noticed until that moment.
