I scheduled an inspection online for 8am the next day. I woke up earlier than usual to get to my inspection appointment before work, but was called a few minutes before 8am and told that their online scheduling system had double booked the 8am slot, so I would need to reschedule. I got to work, and was telling my coworker what had happened and she was like, the same thing happened to me!! Big thank you to Justin at Poughkeepsie Mavis ! I am 5 months pregnant and woke up upset to find my brand new tire seemingly flattening . I made my way over and was met with a kindness as well as wonderful and quick service ! I was out within an hour , with a new battery and a fixed tire.
