I wanted to give a review of the great customer service given by Brian and Rob. They took care of me in a pinch when i had a tire puncture to get my tire replaced in time before Christmas day. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and when i didn't have a ride back Brian personally came and picked me up since i live right in town. Went over and beyond! I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire and can’t recommend them enough. The entire staff worked together seamlessly, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Thank you Brian, Melvin, and Clifford for the honest service, fair pricing, and great customer care—this is exactly what you hope for when bringing your car in. I’ll be recommending this location to friends and family!
They upsell all the time. And you use the cheapest parts possible so you come back Again along with being very slow. Not recommended
Great pricing great service
Not exaggerating when I say, I was in at 12:30, out by 12:53. Fasted and best customer service be experienced in a long time. No pressure for upscale or anything. Honest and straightforward. Gave me a couple pricing options as well, I’ll be back.
