Unexpected tire issue. Took care of it even though they were short staffed and we had no appointment
Carmine and his team resolved our road hazard tire leak under less than optimal conditions. We have dealt with Carmine for many years and we always get consistent communication and results.
We were driving thru and one of our tires gave a tire pressure warning. I googled and found Mavis and we stopped in without an appt. They were friendly and quick and got us in right away. They found a small nail in the tire, fixed it and sent us on our way without any cost to us. Costumer service was great and I hope anyone who needs assistance with their tire needs visits them!
They told me to replace both front outer tie rods; my invoice says two outer tie rods. But after more than a year, I was trying to service another issue at another garage when the guy showed me that the new one they replaced was a bit loose (because it was not an OEM part), and the original one was still intact. So, they only replace one of them. This particular invoice, I have a scanned copy. I checked the invoice, and they billed for two. I don't know why people do this. :(
