Beyond worse service I have ever had... the manager Jason is Rude! They did not complete any service asked for... he seemed to not care about their customers...Worst experience ever!!

Crap. All around crap Terrible service. Almost 2 hours for an Oil change. Didn’t rotate tires despite my request Didn’t clean battery, even after they asked if they could and charged me for that Crap

Just noticed that my negative post was removed. This damage was done in November by Mavis when installing new tires. Nothing was ever done to correct this. Regional manager Roy stopped taking my calls.
Keith Soles and his team are great folks to do business with. I have purchased several sets of tires for our vehicles in the last year and they are always the most competitive and prompt with their service. Very honest and transparent with what they tell you. Might I also add that Keith is very knowledgeable on Subaru and WRX/STI vehicles.
