Let me start by saying that Jeremy is a very nice guy and willing to help you out in any way he can, but as for all of the other employees they are all VERY RUDE. I had purchased tires from them a few months ago and then had front end work done on my vehicle and mechanic told me that they installed all the rotational tires backwards when I spoke with somebody about the situation they tried to tell me that it does not say inside or outside on the tire and tried to argue with me on that like I am stupid and can't read. These guys tried to rip me off and caused damage to my parents vehicle, so be careful if you chose to go there, or be smart and go somewhere else. I brought my (elderly) parents' Mini van there for 2 front tires, but without my knowledge or authorization the tire changer guy took off the rear wheels and started messing with the brakes. Then his "manager" comes and gets me and tells me that both front and rear brakes are basically shot, and how dangerous it will be to drive the vehicle, and how someone might bet hurt, and so ... read more
