Stay far away. Dishonest crooks. Made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I should come back the next day because Saturdays were very busy. They made me a new appointment for the following day. I arrived on time and waited two hours before the car was brought in to be looked at. Friendly and Professional!!!! I was so stressed about my Flat Tire. Dusty was so awesome. Dusty and Steve were detailed and personable in explaining to help me understand Tire types and its purposes. The Customer Service was so comforting. They researched and learned I was a returning customer and treated me as such. I have a mechanic friend who did a check on the claims that the front desk person made to me at the branch that my tie rods "were seized up" and that they tried grease and "blow torch" and were still unable to get them loose enough to do a front end suspension. I decided not to have them fix it because I wanted to ask my friend to check their claim. *Everything they said* was a lie. Had a leak in one tire, and they fit me in right away. Put on the spare as the leak was too large to repair, and did not charge me anything. I will order the tire I need and go back to them to put it on. Couldn't ask for better service.

MAVIS HILLSIDE AVE NEW HYDE PARK 5 STARS All personal, from the coordinators to the mechanics, show respect, positive attitude and care for the customer. You are working with a TEAM. They communicate clearly, physically show you the issue and provide detail explanations and options. When the mechanic starts your job, they stay with it until it is done, no personal breaks.

I needed to have a flat tire repaired on my grandson's car and the nice folks at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Pineville worked me in quickly & diagnosed the problem while I enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort of their waiting room. Great service from a great team. Thanks!

Even as a Sparta resident for many years, II had never been to Mavis Tire in Sparta, NJ before but was leaving on a trip and found I had a soft tire that kept losing air. So the morning of our trip I went to the Mavis shop early (before listed opening hour), was taken in right away after describing my issue. Within about 30 minutes the kind service person returned my car, nail removed from my tire, reinflated and set to go.
