WARNING!! Don't trust them. Updated complaint: watched real mechanic diagnosis problem and put piece that mavis lost back in my car with my own eyes up close and the engine light is gone. $28 for part and 60 for labor and im good. I feel sorry for anyone going to freeport Mavis. First complaint: They lost part of my Oil Filter housing cover while they were doing an oil change on my car and it started a bunch of engine issues. i was at this mavis on October to purchase some tires for my Rav4 find out that my front brake was low so i have them replace the tire and my brake. .Service was very good .nice young man Manager. Timing is very good ,waste no time at all. nice and clean. sylvio
