Horrible experience for a state inspection. They see it as a license to fabricate issues. I leave the car there they tell me it’s done and to be there in 20 minutes I get back and it’s in a lift. They damaged the vehicle while trying to repair the brakes. I had to wait another hour. The guy on the front desk then gives me an attitude telling me he will put the old parts Back in. Went for inspection on 11/19/25. Our vehicle is registered in Guilford County. Former registration was provided to attendant. Inspection was entered as Forsyth county, (wrong county) Called to have this corrected only to be told we must correct their mistake by going to the DMV ourself. Waiting on regional manager's response. Corporate headquarters in White Plains, NY has been notified.
Stay far away. Dishonest crooks. Made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I should come back the next day because Saturdays were very busy. They made me a new appointment for the following day. I arrived on time and waited two hours before the car was brought in to be looked at. Friendly and Professional!!!! I was so stressed about my Flat Tire. Dusty was so awesome. Dusty and Steve were detailed and personable in explaining to help me understand Tire types and its purposes. The Customer Service was so comforting. They researched and learned I was a returning customer and treated me as such. I have a mechanic friend who did a check on the claims that the front desk person made to me at the branch that my tie rods "were seized up" and that they tried grease and "blow torch" and were still unable to get them loose enough to do a front end suspension. I decided not to have them fix it because I wanted to ask my friend to check their claim. *Everything they said* was a lie. Had a leak in one tire, and they fit me in right away. Put on the spare as the leak was too large to repair, and did not charge me anything. I will order the tire I need and go back to them to put it on. Couldn't ask for better service.
