Friendly and honest
I always have a great experience at Mavillo, but this time it was extra special. I worked with Danielle and she helped me reset my wedding ring. OMGOSH!!!!! It came out beautiful AND I was able to pick it up the same day! She knew I was excited, so she asked if they could remount my ring same day, and they did!!!!!! I was so happy with it!!!! She was so nice to talk to as well. Overall, my experience was PERFECT!!!!! Thanks Danielle for helping me pick out my perfect ring! I will forever be a customer!!

We would highly recommend Mavilo Jewelers. Our Sales Consultant, Jolie, was most professional and offered sage suggestions as we were making our selection. This was not our first experience with Mavilo's. We are a returning customer and that speaks volumes in itself. Additionally, our son is a loyal customer as well. We find them extremely ethical and most concerned about customer satisfaction.
Michael and Wendi were fair and great to deal with. No pressure and were very flexible, overall a great experience. I will be a re-peat customer and can not say enough good things about how they operate their business
Jolie was wonderful to work with! I picked out several diamond bands with her guidance and my husband was able to purchase them and surprise me with them for our anniversary. It was great customer service and I love my rings!
