My wife and I walked up to a cashier named Kimberly with some alcohol, and before we had even said anything or looked at her, she started scolding us about needing our IDs. She didn't ask us if we had our IDs and immediately said she could refuse us service. We were confused and asked her why she was being rude, and she raised her voice at us, saying she wasn't being rude and that we could leave. We both showed our IDs like we always do at Maverik. Passing through on our way home from a trip, ended up stopping at this location . We have been to Maverik’s throughout a couple states and have never been treated as poorly as we were treated by Kimberly the cashier. Great location, clean store, great selection of food since we were all starving. The girl she was working with, I didn’t catch her name , ended up apologizing for the way Kimberly was treating us , which was nothing short of an inconvenience to her.

Terry is a little too friendly with the pretty female customers. I’ve noticed Kim makes customers uncomfortable with the oversharing of her life (example: her dating terry) Michelle and Jen are very friendly and treat the customers with respect. They are the reason why I continue coming back.

Wanted to say thank you to the ladies working in the kitchen. We had just bought a pizza from a previous maverick and my daughter dropped it on the floor and they didn’t have any more made so we drove down to this one and they had just pulled a pizza out and gave her a piece without the honey hot sauce. Totally saved our day! Thank you ladies
