I thought the Hostess was rude or naive but she sat others that just walked in after us without a reservation and we had to wait even longer! the group that came in after us was a bit suprised they even told her we were first. I just dont get it!!
As a business owner in the area I decided to give it a try after hearing the outstanding story about there community support with there Christmas good deed. And I have to say the food, staff, and service all were excellent!! I Definitely will be returning.
Food isn't bad, but the restaurant is dingy and dirty and outdated. Thick dust on the ceilings, duct tape on the booth seats... just not a classy joint. Not exactly a setting to work up an appetite. The service is very slow and unprofessional. Wish the facility was better because the food seems to be decent.
Food is always excellent, staff is friendly and attentive. Great neighborhood restaurant and bar!
The food is very good (meatloaf is my favorite) and the service has always been great. Since it's a scratch kitchen they can get a bit backed up during peak hours but for me that just means I can have one more beer before my food is done.
Delicious food and great atmosphere. One side is quiet dining and the other is the local pub. It's the hidden gem of the neighborhood!
