JT responded very quickly after my initial call and assessed the leak even during the heavy rains that we were having. He gave options on patching vs replacing the entire roof and we chose full replacement. Price was fair and competitive. Appreciated that his crew cleaned up each day before they left. Other key was his continued communication prior and during the project and that he was involved and inspecting every day. Highly recommend them and would use again if ever needed.

JT was very exceptional and outstanding in responding to my calls. I find JT indeed very unique and different as compare to others in responding to each and every time I wanted to talk to him. This was a big very big help during this monsoon season when I called him several times and he picked up the phone every occasion to answer all my questions and concerns. JT answered first call, was there in an hour to inspect our emergency roof leak during monsoon season. Repair was next day and completed to satisfaction with upgraded materials. FREE inspection, EXCELLENT communication, friendly interactions, easy transaction and smooth process!!! Definitely using again for the rest of the house!
