This is the corporate office to my apartment complex and they are not doing anything for the service of residence. I have had no hot water, roaches everywhere including on the grass area outside are thousands of roaches and now they are crawling into the pipes into the apartments. They’re package service provider is broken and they won’t even accept packages for residence, or has been stress after stress.

I recently rented from a Maverick rental property 1408 Casitas. I made multiple attempts to reach out to the Maverick property team (corporate office) I never got a call back I had to constantly call back in order to attempt to get a hold of someone and when I finally did get a hold of corporates office the lady I spoke with was not friendly and made it seem like what myself and my wife were bringing to their attention was nothing important. My business The Clean Up Crew Junk Removal works for Maverick Residential as a vendor. Every staff member we've had contact with up to this point is VERY personable and on top of their stuff. They have been an ease to work with! Due to our experience with them I would not be shocked that this would carry over to their customer service as well.
