Speaking on behalf of my parents, who were both patients with this agency, we found that the care of the nursing staff was sub par, one nurse more interested in discussing her husband, and another nurse with a terrible, superior attitude. The reason we ultimately refused their service after a couple of months was that we felt my parents were not getting the best care and the attitude of Erica, one of the nurses.
