We had our Bronco in for a oil change and tire rotation. They treated us respectful and they were very kind. They charged a lot less than another dealership we had been going to and they were fantastic, even washed the vehicle for us (it is part of the service). Very unprofessional in the shop!! I came with my mom to get air in her Ford truck before I took her to have surgery the following day. No one responded when she called out, even when we just saw a tech in the garage bay. So I got out and stood in the door and called out to ask where we needed to go to get help with air. After about 3 minutes another tech saw me and started to head over.
