Thank you for making our new adventures possible. Everything was easy at Maverick Ford, from the sales team finding our perfect Bronco, finance department for making it easy and all the advice on accessories for “Stella” to make sure she is as pretty as possible for all her future dates on the road.
I scheduled an online oil change with the service department, and received a confirmation for this appointment, & multiple reminders too. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told by the service advisor my appointment did not exist in their system! The reason given is that online scheduling and the service departments scheduling system "do not communicate!" Instead of honoring my appointment, I was told very rudely, "I could leave the car for 3 hours and they would try to get to it!" I will be going elsewhere! Horrible wa... read more
The lack of communication from Maverick Ford was frustrating from start to finish. We made an offer on a vehicle and were told we’d get a call back the next day. We never did. After multiple follow-ups on our end, we finally learned that our offer had been rejected and the truck had been promised to someone else. I completely understand selling a vehicle to another buyer.
