Very friendly and helpful
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! This dealership sold me a vehicle that had a current stop sale due to a recall in November 2024. I bought this vehicle earlier this year and not even a month in had issues. Spent 1,000 at another dealership to find out there was a current brake recall that can be fixed at this time. This vehicle left me stranded on the road with a tow bill and more. I was in a tough spot and Maverick saved the day! I had a vehicle that was on fast decline, and when I told Maverick about it, they quickly got me into the right vehicle, and back on the road again! I ordered a new super duty F250 on May 8 and I received information from Maverick Ford that they were not making any more 2025’s until January 1, 2026. Maverick Ford reached out to another dealership in Petoskey that had the same truck with the same options that I ordered and made a trade to get my new truck and I was driving it the next day.
