I thought it would take more than the day to install a 2 story rooftop system. The crew arrived at 8 am...as promised. The crane arrived at 11....as promised. The system was running (so much quieter than the original) and the crew cleared by 2:00 pm! And the old unit was picked up for recycling by 3. This is a total clean sweep!! And the initial bid was made on Friday...this is Thursday...less than a week from start to finish! Should have 10 stars for this job!

Kenny was professional, personable, and clearly knowledgeable — he spent real time explaining the issue, checking our breaker panel and outdoor junction boxes to rule out any broader electrical problem, and answering questions I had about EV charger installation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marcus was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He came out to give me a second opinion on my AC unit, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. He also arranged for an advisor to come out the same day to provide me with a quote, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Marcus and the team for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service!

The overall experience with Maverick was excellent. Johnny spent several hours doing the home inspection and explaining the various options for a full HVAC replacement. He answered all questions and went above expectations to ensure our family's needs were met. The installers Tanner and Justin were courteous and professional.
